There are some things I would like to do to continue my healing journey because different parts of my life have made it hard to have new experiences by myself without being scared. So here is a list of things I want to do to live a happier life.

  • Go on a beginner-level hike
  • Take a pottery class
  • Join a book club
  • Go to the gym
  • Spend time at a library
  • Join a cooking class
  • Learn self-defense
  • Go to a bar with live music
  • Go axe throwing
  • Take an archery class
